Four steps from a first visit to a confirmed place, starting with an email to our admissions team. We welcome families throughout the year, including mid-year.

Visit us
Book a walkabout. Meet the team, see the classrooms and the precinct, and ask everything you need to.
Email us to apply
Email apply@waterfordinternational.co.za with your child’s name, age and the year you are applying for. We will send you the application form.
Complete the form
Complete and return the application form, and pay the once-off, non-refundable R550 application fee. The payment details come with the form.
Secure the place
Our admissions team reviews the application and gets in touch. Accept the offer and pay the R3,750 registration fee to secure your child’s place.
Before you apply
Good to have on hand.
- Your child’s most recent school reports, if they are at school already
- Your child’s birth certificate or passport
- The year and stage you are applying for, and your preferred start date
- Any learning support or medical information that helps us welcome your child well
Not sure which stage is right? Cambridge stages do not always line up neatly with other systems. Tell us your child’s age and current year and we will help.
